Permits

The Town of Lakeside requires you to have a permit before constructing a building or driveway. To download one of the permits below, click on the appropriate link for the permit form you wish to download, print, fill out, and submit for consideration. As an added convenience for you, our Driveway Ordinance is also available for download below. Please contact the Town Clerk to learn if other permits or licenses are required for an activity you will be doing soon within the Town of Lakeside.
